About the Artists
Josh Parker is an internationally known guitarist, composer, educator, and author from Louisville, KY. He was awarded the prestigious Jamey Aebersold Jazz Scholarship and has been featured at conventions like JEN (Jazz Education Network) and KMEA (Kentucky Music Educators Association). With performance degrees from Morehead State University and the University of Louisville, Parker now serves as a professor of music at Campbellsville University, where he teaches jazz, guitar, and music technology.
Ben Bunch is a classically trained guitarist with a deep love for blending classical counterpoint with modern jazz. He holds a performance degree in guitar studies from Eastern Kentucky University and is pursuing a master’s in musicology at Campbellsville University. His performance credits include appearances at the Fort Harrod Jazz Fest, Red Barn Radio, and collaborations with ensembles like the Munich Symphony Orchestra and the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet.
Together, Parker and Bunch fuse their unique styles into an unforgettable live performance. Expect daring improvisation, fiery solos, and the kind of musical chemistry that makes for an extraordinary night.
