Venue Policies
We’re excited to offer The Emerald Hound as a unique space for your event. To help protect our venue and ensure the best experience for everyone, please review and follow these policies:

Age Requirement

All guests must be 21+. As a bar, we are unable to accommodate minors or children at private events.

Food & Cake

Outside food may be permitted with prior approval, but cakes and frosted desserts are not allowed in order to protect our velvet drapes, chairs, and lounges.

Children

For the safety and atmosphere of our venue, no children are permitted at any event.

Damages & Cleaning

Renters are responsible for the conduct of their guests and agree to cover the cost of any damages, stains, or additional cleaning required as a result of the event.

Decorations
-
Decorations must be pre-approved. No tape, nails, glitter, or confetti may be used as they can damage furniture and are difficult to clean.

Outside Vendors

Outside vendors (such as caterers, DJs, or photographers) are welcome but must be pre-approved and comply with venue policies.

Setup & Tear-Down

Renters are allowed access to the venue for setup and tear-down within the agreed timeframe. (Exact timing will be confirmed at booking.)

Capacity Limits

For safety and comfort, the venue has a maximum guest capacity of 50. Renters are responsible for ensuring this limit is respected.

General Liability

The Emerald Hound is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or lost property during your event. Renters assume full responsibility for guests’ safety and behavior while on the premises.
