Venue Policies

We’re excited to offer The Emerald Hound as a unique space for your event. To help protect our venue and ensure the best experience for everyone, please review and follow these policies:

1. Age Requirement

   • All guests must be 21+. As a bar, we are unable to accommodate minors or children at private events.

2. Food & Cake

   • Outside food may be permitted with prior approval, but cakes and frosted desserts are not allowed in order to protect our velvet drapes, chairs, and lounges.

3. Children

   • For the safety and atmosphere of our venue, no children are permitted at any event.

4. Damages & Cleaning

   • Renters are responsible for the conduct of their guests and agree to cover the cost of any damages, stains, or additional cleaning required as a result of the event.

5. Decorations

   • Decorations must be pre-approved. No tape, nails, glitter, or confetti may be used as they can damage furniture and are difficult to clean.

6. Outside Vendors

   • Outside vendors (such as caterers, DJs, or photographers) are welcome but must be pre-approved and comply with venue policies.

7. Setup & Tear-Down

   • Renters are allowed access to the venue for setup and tear-down within the agreed timeframe. (Exact timing will be confirmed at booking.)

8. Capacity Limits

   • For safety and comfort, the venue has a maximum guest capacity of 50. Renters are responsible for ensuring this limit is respected.

9. General Liability

   • The Emerald Hound is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or lost property during your event. Renters assume full responsibility for guests’ safety and behavior while on the premises.
